It is a systemic triazole fungicide, and has broad-spectrum action against ascomycetes, basidiomycetes and fungi imperfecti.
It is useful for controlling powdery mildews, rusts and leaf spots in cereals, oil seeds, horticultural and plantation crops, and also effectively controls Rice Sheath Blight.
Chemical Composition:
Hexaconazole 5 % SC.
It is an ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitor, thereby controlling the growth and reproduction of plant fungal pathogens.
