About KITE Insecticide:
It is a systemic and contact insecticide used for the control of jassids, whiteflies and bollworms on cotton, and thrips and fruit borers on chillies, and Fruit and shoot borers on Brinjal.
Technical:
Indoxacarb 14.5% + Acetamiprid 7.7% w/w SC.
Mode of Action:
Indoxacarb, an oxadiazine insecticide, functions as a sodium channel blocker that impairs the nervous system of insects, affecting their movement and feeding, which results in paralysis and death.
Acetamiprid, a neonicotinoid, serves as an agonist for nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, disrupting nerve signals within the insect’s nervous system.
Both insecticides target key neurological pathways to effectively control pest populations.
