One such phenyl urea compound is forchlorfenuron. A cytokinin called forchloefenuron enhances grape and kiwifruit fruit size, fruit set, cluster weight, and cold storage. In order to encourage plant cell division and lateral expansion, forchlorfenuron works in concert with endogenous auxins.
